Australia's women's soccer team due to compete in the olympics was beaten by a boys team.

The Matildas are strongly fancied to give Australia's its best ever shot at a medal in the sport of football at the Rio Olympics in August. Perhaps they should be grateful there will be no under-16s boys' teams in their pool.

In a friendly match against the Newcastle Jets under-16 boys team on Wednesday, the Matildas were humbled 7-0. That's right, the team ranked fifth in FIFA's women's rankings were roughed up by a bunch of lads barely old enough to shave.

It was an exhibition game "friendly." Doesn't mean shit. They probably threw the game to make the boys feel good about themselves. Would be in poor taste if the Staya team beat them like 10-0.
 
The top High school basketball stars in the US would beat a team of WNBA all stars .

No big deal but if you read the link the last time they played a boys team this age they tied 2-2.

There is no indication they threw the game. There may be other reasons they lost this bad (some players missing) or the rotation.

I would expect them to lose to an adult men's team that was any good at all but it's kind of bad they lost to a team of boys (under 15) that badly but their might be reasons like I said or they could just suck and most likely will go out in the first round playing against the other women's teams.
 
Its not a big deal.

The world's fastest 16 year old boy is much faster than the fastest woman to ever live. Woman's record 100m is 10.49 fastest highschool boys is 10.0.
Its the same in every measurable athletic category besides maybe flexibility.

The only people who believe women are anywhere close to men athletically either on average or at the highest levels are that giant sjw girl and her friends protesting that milo college event a few weeks back
 
No big deal, the thing is they compete against females, how they do against the female teams is whats important.
but hey, lets have a go at females once again and highlight how they are NOT males.

Funny Woman hating story.

One of my gf's in highschool was the goalie, one day she wanted me to help her practice because her sister wasn't there (1 yr older). They had a net in their back yard so she asked me to try and score goals.

Well I never played soccer so I was kinda pussy footing around and she got all sassy telling me to actually try to score a goal.

So I kicked the ball as hard as I could and it nailed her in the face then proceeded to roll into the net. As she fell onto the ground and started crying. Our relationship didn't last much longer

Totally Worth it

So it hurts you feelings that they might have gotten beat by a boys team and you have not read the link I take it and what the women's coach said.

The women were missing a player or two it would seem which might have affected their play.
 
The Matildas did a nude calendar in 1999, I was 12, felt good.

So what if they were missing some players none tried. It's a friendly. Why risk more injuries trying vs. some teenagers lmao. Olympics are only like 3 months away. Why risk injury and then lose out 4 more years to save a bit of face. It's dumb to think they tried.
