Australian Girls In Gi - Newcastle Australia Event

Any girls in Australia who can make this really should, there are a few from my gym who do this and they have made a huge family out of the AGIG.

Date - Saturday, October 19, 2013

Time - 12:00pm until 5:00pm



12pm - 1230pm - Introductions, basics & warmups.


12:30pm - 1:30pm - FEMALE ONLY ROLLING - timed rounds.

1:30pm - 2:00pm - Q&A/Open Mat

(Closed doors - male coaches welcomed onto the mats & fathers of juniors allowed entry for supervision purposes)


- Gi & No Gi encouraged.
- Fun, supportive, non competitive environment.
- Suitable for first timers all the way through to very experienced.
- Suitable for females to participate or spectate.
- No politics. Not for profit. Free of charge!

3pm - 5pm
BYO BBQ ALL WELCOME (BOYS TOO)
Beachside venue TBA.
