ATTN: TV experts, same brand tv problem

So I've got 2 TV's which are LG, one is above the other, one I use for my PC, whilst everything else is on the one above.

The one for my PC is just an LED monitor, a couple of years old. The other is a 49" 4K UHD TV.

The problem is my magic remote controls both TV's at the same time, when I press power button it turns both on etc.

Is there anyway I can stop the remote from controlling the small LED one?
