Nothing special...I've found that it's best to stick with what you normally eat because your body is used to it and won't do anything out of the ordinary such as cramps or food drowsiness.
just dont eat meat. i like to eat simple carbs so that my body breaks it down easier and its quick energy.
I usually eat a banana and some pasta or rice to get my carbs. For a quick burst I'd eat a spoonful of honey. Stay away from junk food and meat. It will bog your system down. If you're at a tournament, eat pasta or rice between matches. Make sure you stay hydrated. Gatorade, pedialite, powerade. Just make sure you don't drink so much you start sloshing around. Good luck
