I have a general idea on how I should be eating but does anyone have any good information on a heavyweight fighters diet? I love food and I love bad food. Basicly rightn ow I'm trying to avoid anything deep fried, high sugar sweets, desserts and drinks, doing brown rice and whole wheat/grain bread instead of the whites....anything else I should keep in mind? Is 50% carbs, 30% protien and 20% fat a good breakdown. I know the typ of fat also counts. Any advice will help greatly. Thank you.
