I've been to West Africa and honestly, those guys are not on fucking roids - they're dirt poor, most of them, they wouldn't be able to afford them, yet I didn't see many guys who were not absolutely shredded with zero body fat. All they did was fish and exercise on the beach, super athletic guys as well.

I would bet good money that steroids in Africa are cheap as shit. I don't think synthetic testosterone is very expensive to make considering the price for the legal versions in the US(and knowing that here it likely has an insane markup).

I read that bodybuilders go on roid trips to Thailand because it's so much cheaper there and it would make sense that it's even cheaper in Africa

The median wage in my country was around 100-150USD per month when I grew up, yet you could afford steroids and other pharmaceutical stuff without a problem, a lot easier than in the West.

It's a combination of chemists working for peanuts, pharmaceutical stuff heavily subsidized by the state or just adapted to the market buying power and no strict regulations on the matter.

I'd say that a middle class working man from the first world countries has less access to all this stuff from my experience.

Yep. Just because an athlete lives and trains in Africa or any other poor, developing areas doesn't mean steroids become unavailable.

TRT and anabolic steroids are much cheaper and easier to access in places like Brazil, Thailand, and Mexico. Cheap for tourists and even cheaper for locals at certain pharmacies. Completely legal in some places with a prescription. Even where illegal the fine for a pharmacist caught dispensing PEDs is not much. They see it as a cost of doing business.

I saw a video where an expat claimed in Thailand many tourists who go there for TRT come from the UK or other western countries where it's far more difficult to get a prescription and more expensive to get the drugs. Doctor visits and regular bloodwork are cheap and can be done quickly whereas in the west there's long wait times and doctors are much less likely to prescribe. A good % of medical tourists tend to be white collar professionals ages 40+ who just want some TRT while on vacation and are not bodybuilders.

He's weighing 243 lbs here with very low fat percentage... best physique for fighting than any HW or LHW right now... Huge bone density too. I'm serious, he's unstoppable at this weight, future 2nd GOAT IMO. For me, the #1 right now. He looks like a big sized Ilia Topuria... And he's wrestling with legit 250 lbs wrestlers and holding his own... It's like he has improved massively in grappling...

They can but genetics is a big factor too. FYI steroids are sold in pharmacies in India like in Mexico and Thailand, but a lot of good that's done for them athletically.
