How would go a match between those two?

I'd love to see how that pans out, Askren seems massive compared to Aoki, but I'd love to see how he competes with the threat of Aoki's submissions.

I have to also think that size alone would make it a long night for Aoki. He has also been knocked out by bigger opponents before.

I do think that outside of the UFC, these guess are as good as it gets in pure grappling.

Thoughts? Aoki won't fight Askren. After Gil and the Alvarez rematch, he's done with elite competition. He might fight mid-level (and lower) former UFC LWs after they've washed out and gotten cut, but that's it.
