Health Asking guy how he got shredded.

I'm not shredded like those guys but I'm still well above average for my age and of all the people who have asked me what I do to stay in shape, not a single one of them has ever taken my advice. My advice doesn't even involve hardcore dieting or anything that is all that difficult to do because none of that stuff is sustainable.

What I've found out is grown adults that still eat the same way we all did as teenagers aren't really looking to find out what it takes to get in shape. They're hoping you'll tell them that your secret is that you go to Costco and buy a case of chocolate shakes that taste great. They're hoping to be able to consume more bullshit in the same vain of the bullshit that they've always consumed and that the new bullshit you suggest will be the key to getting into shape.

Seems kind of fruity to walk up to random dudes like that. Getting in shape isn't some mystery he's uncovering, it's still just work out and don't eat junk, and it doesn't really matter what combination of lifting, running, calisthenics, or sports you're doing as long as you're doing some combination. Go lift and then play sports to lengthen out your muscles and keep some agility and flexibility, and don't eat a bag of funions and drink 4 sodas every day.

Asking about exercises is stupid. What makes people "shredded" is 95% diet.

Not only what you eat but how much you eat. My diet isn't perfect but I only eat lunch and dinner these days and not massive servings either, in total probably half of what I used to eat (and I was 20kg heavier, go figure haha)

As a jacked 6'8" individual I would also suggest injecting patience into your life. You can't pin your hopes on shortcuts.

there is something gay, homoerotic and just plain weird about anything male body oriented on social media. It's not just stuff like this, there is a very feminine, bitchy type of competition thing these youtube bodybuilders do to each other, talking and gossipping about each other, pointing out flaws like a bitch. It's weird and then, a ton of these guys are clearly unbalanced mentally with all the drugs and many of them drop dead trying to get attention. To me, that shit is so feminine and weird. Guys pointing out and making mini scandals about so and so using fake weights or drugs or beefs between this one and that one, it's so..., gay.
