Asian man in AZ arrested for racism

After stepping towards him prior to that.
Show me a timestamp. And the Asian guy stepped to him in the first place. He's clearly the one who escalated the situation. It's perfectly reasonable that he would be the one arrested here based on all of the established facts. He's the one who approached. He's the one who escalated. The black guy is the one who made a complaint. Police followed up on the complaint and the Asian guy admitted to the offense. Open and shut case.

Both are. The other jackass threatened an elderly dude with physical violence. Man, what a prime specimen to threaten to beat up an old man for calling him a word. His nuts must be the size of chickpeas.
Black guy makes a living off of social media and just got his name out there. He's gaining followers, subscriptions, donations, etc. Asian guy works in real estate, which is all about reputation and image. He fucked his entire career over this bullshit. The black guy is the clear winner in this situation and the Asian is the clear loser.
Ng also lost his job at Russ Lyon Sotheby's Real Estate Agency in Scottsdale.

The agency sent a statement that reads, in part:

"On Sunday we learned of an extremely hateful and racist video that was posted to social media showing one of our inactive Independent Contractors, Paul Ng, demonstrating abhorrent, unacceptable behavior. Upon learning of this video we took immediate action in severing his license, terminating his involvement with us effective immediately and condemning his disgusting behavior."

The agency said they also reported Ng to the Arizona Department of Real Estate and recommended his license be revoked.
Not only fired but he's likely to lose his license. He's fucked. Total loser.

We'll see, buddeh. Social media people are a dime a dozen and get get forgotten about as quickly as a fart gets lost in the wind. How many people that can afford real estate would give a fuck about looking at some obscure social media channel to see if this dude is racist? None. The black dude will fade into obscurity due to social media being over saturated, this old dude will ride out last few years selling real estate, maybe losing one or two sales a year over this, and retire wealthy. Social media people are today's child actors. They make a ton of money, don't invest it well, piss most of it away on frivolous shit, and then disappear.

What's the difference between Garbonzo beans and chickpeas?

I've never had a Garbonzo bean on my face...

<WellThere>

Might as well disregard my last statement about the old guy, but the social media guy statement is still true.

Dude, both of those charges (disorderly conduct and simple assault) are so minor that they are practically automatic catch and release. If you even are held long enough to see the judge then you’re released then. It would be a tremendous waste of time to return to arrest this guy on simple assault just to release him.

I’m betting the Asian guy was released pretty quickly, the only reason you justify the arrest at the scene is to defuse the situation from escalating at all. These aren’t the kind of cases referred to a detective to pour over evidence on lmao. Only on sherdog does this deserve a deeper look.

If the media or Asian guy really made a fuss about it it would be possible. But still a waste of time.

Exactly. Neither dude should catch a charge. It's a shame tax dollars had to get involved.

Jesus. Is it too fucking hard not to harass and racially slur an innocent person and associate them with criminals solely on the color of their skin?

Funny how the same people who support "stand your ground" suddenly think the victim has a "duty to retreat". Gee, I wonder why that is?

I dont consider either action correct. Sometimes there is lessons learned ie the asian guy getting beat up but the black guy should have just told him that I have just as much right to be here as you and that he was prejudice without even knowing him. The white people comment was terrible as was the threat to a weak old man..... I don't even have to speak to the Asian guys actions..

Bro, anyone who grew up in a largely homogeneous country is likely a bit racist. Anyone one of us can look back at our parents/grandparents/great-grandparents/etc., who came from a homogeneous country, and know how they talk in private.

Yup... this is very true.

Black Social Media Youtubber means it’s gonna be easy for Asian Cape Fear Robert DeNiro to track him down.

They both end up losing

Disorderly conduct needs to be done away with point blank. It doesn't actually mean anything, its just something that is used if cops or political types want an arrest.

The guy didn't make a threat, he said a word. There is free speech in this country. If the black dude called him a :eek::eek::eek::eek:, he'd have had that right too. If someone saying something that hurts your feelings is a legitimate arrest under disorderly conduct, then anyone can be arrested for anything. It's a joke arrest.

The Asian mental midget got so triggered by a black guy being in his neighborhood that he committed career suicide and got arrested for it. Think about that for a minute. He's the one taking the L here. He's the fragile one. He's a fucking loser.

This is all 100% true. He still shouldn't have been arrested though, and there is no doubt he got arrested for saying a racial slur. Which is 100% not justified, we have free speech in this country, we don't have hate speech laws like Europe.

Only black people can use that hashtag
Is Ogun popular in the US now? He was hugely popular in Brazil in African Traditional Religions.
In time most poor black people became Christian and many are evangelical and now most new converts to ATR are white liberals and/or homosexuals as it doesn't discriminate against gays as Christianity.
It has become a point of contention in the left, if you honor these traditional religions you end up alienating the Christian working class.

It's been that way for a long time. The only other country in the world with disorderly conduct charges is China. NOT good company. My point in this thread been to point out that there's not a double standard and it's not because of "racism" that the guy was arrested.

The Asian dude had a pretty deep voice and seemed pretty bold. Wouldn't surprise me if he had some sort of "edge" to him, whatever it is. ;)

I have to admit, even though it's fucked up, I got a chuckle out of his response to, "this is not a no _____ zone.".

Asian dude just laughed and gestured towards his nice surroundings.

Absolutely savage.
The whole exchange is fucking hilarious. So good you’d think it was scripted.

I bet this exchanged between two people has spawned a lot of racist anti-Asian sentiment on Black Twitter
