This is a huge test for freedom of speech. It's interesting to see which side of the aisle people fall under when their emotions come into play.

Yes - this guy is a piece of shit and bold for being racist to someone like that in person. Should he have lost his job? That's up to the employer. Should the cops have arrested him? Absolutely not. It's not a crime to be racist. The cops were virtue signaling and got him on disorderly conduct just to look like they did the right thing.

Noam Chomsky one of the most brilliant kinds of our generation and a staunch progressive said he would go to bat for Nazis for their right to free speech. You can't have freedom of speech unless all speech is free. You don't have a right NOT to be offended. The speech you disagree with deserves as much protection as the speech you do agree with.

Kudos for the guy filming to keep calm but he could have used that interaction to explain he's not like others that the Asian guy had a problem with. Teach him a lesson and expand his word view. Now the guy is fired and his hatred for blacks will grow even more.
