He took his loss like a man.

He didnt run from the interview and cry on Ellen about killing himself.

Also Floyd would murk Conor.

That's because Conor only talks when there is money to be made. After the fight he shows his real self because he's a true martial artist. Win or lose, I'm still his fan.

It's pretty clear Conor is a good, humble dude in reality. He just does what he has to do to get paid - can't hate him for that.

Floyd couldn't murk anyone with any level of grappling. And he's a midget.

Wut? Dude was saying something like "Yeah, I could have finished the fight earlier but someblabberrubberishayeh?"

What a sorry loser, yeah, you should/could/would and curiously you ended up tapping out... The only thing he took like a man was a severe beating after the traditional first round blitzkrieg.

I hope it's crystal clear to you dummies now that he's just fucking around for the camera when he's promoting. Even Diaz didn't hold a grudge. He knew Conor probably sold another 50k PPVs easy with that scuffle at the press-conference. Shields shook Conor's hand, too. It's all for fun.

Great stuff, man that was fun.

Are you dumb or deaf? he never said that. he said Nate was efficient and he wasnt and big upped Nate. He was humble in defeat as expected. People shouldnt have shat on Nate I said it when the fight was announced that Nate had absolutely nothing to lose and in that kinda fight you can never underestimate the other guy. Both men deserve respect for taking this fight at 170 on short notice especially Diaz who wasnt in any kinda camp and put on that performance.

And people were giving him a chance over RDA. Seriously, Conor was too proud for his own good. The blueprint to beating nick and nate is already out in the open.

Did anyone expect him to take his loss like Ronda?

Congrats to Nate. This night belongs to you.

Conor could have stayed at FW and still made headlines and a ton of money, he didn't have to challenge RDA and then fight Nate 'IDGAF' Diaz.

Respect for entertaining the fans first and being professional afterwards.

i can see it now.. McGregor will be the ADRIEN BRONER of MMA! XD

Dude, what's the point of calling people names? Are you an imbecile or just stupid? Really I don't mean it, it's just for you to not act like.. You know, a kid.

Yeah, he did say the usual "oh, he is a great fighter" jibber jabber like 10 out of 10 fighters use to say after their losses, the thing is: Unlike the other fighters he did not keep it to himself and decided to say that he could have won in the first round, but refrained from, what's that for exactly? That's what is different from him and all other fighters interviewed upon defeat.

Conor was on a short notice like Diaz was as well, and still took time to do all the lame antics we grew tired of. Were him bothered by the short notice he could have said so, so now he just have to shut up and accept that he lost because he was incapable of overcoming Diaz as hard as he tried.

even when he wins he shows humbleness
i remember seeing him walk over to Dennis after the post fight presser and shaking his hand hell after the Aldo fight Mcgregor consolidated him its just that anytime you make him cut a promo that's when he goes full airhead

Conor was talking about being willing to box Floyd. He would get hurt very badly under boxing rules if he didn't just quite after the first few right hands.

I'd still watch that fight. I think it'd go differently

When did he say he couldve won in the first round? he was doing well in the first round but did he actually say he couldve won it in the first round?

I don't hate conor—I'm actually defending him a lot on twitter right now—but I'm definitely mocking some of Conor's previous ardent fans.

That's what I've heard, but since english is not my mother tongue I might have misheard him, I'm gonna check it out before going any further.
