Someone like Beneil could become a fan favorite (is already kind of), so why refuse to give him the spotlight, i think everyone would agree he more than deserves it. There's not 1 person who could say anything to him getting a shot.

He's asked for a title shot on numerous occasions, including this one and each time the UFC told him no. This narrative has to stop, the man doesn't want to beg but he's always made it clear he wants a title shot.

He said he'd take the Arman fight if they could promise him a title shot upon a win, UFC said no. He even said as much as he hates sitting out, for a title shot he'd do it and asked the UFC if he could just be next to fight Islam in Abu Dhabi, they said no he's gotta win another fight to earn number 1 rank vs Oliveira first. The dudes always wanted a title shot and he's always wanted to fight Islam.
