I fucked my upper right arm, right up the top, about here;

Panic and screaming downstairs in my house by my youngest kid made me run so fast downstairs I fell all the way down and my right arm saved me from probably breaking shit by grabbing the bannister. But in the process my right arm took the brunt of the impact.
It's been in pain now for about 6 weeks and not getting much better, sometimes I wake up having slept funny in pure agony.

Anyone got any tips for exercises that can help build it back up?

At the moment I can't even do general body stretches, jogging or anything as it impacts this arm.
I want to lift again but can't do fuck all.
Pain seems to be dealt with best when I've smoked weed. Nothing else really helps.

Any advice would be appreciated

Did you fall and grab, stopping your forward motion or break fall on it? As a pulling pain or impact pain
Guessing it's more bicep since it hurts to jog, holding your arm in curl position.

The arm rotated from an upper grab to hanging from the speed of the fall motion.

So it twisted and over extended

You need to see a doctor and at the very least get a concrete diagnosis.

Once you know what you injured you can try specific rehab protocols(assigned to you by your doctor/physical therapist) and some supplements if you're feeling adventurous. BPC157 with or without TB500/TB4 is quite amazing at healing all sorts of musculoskeletal injuries.

Has anyone mentioned to the OP he might need to see a doctor?:)

Joking asid, @Armbars any injury that's still causing you significant pain after six weeks needs to be seen by a medical professional. Get it diagnosed and treated by someone who knows what they're doing, then you can worry about what exercises you need to build it back up.

Cheers all.

Not been to a doctors in years, I have a free private medical insurance with work. See if I can get a referral there.

Where do you get the treatments you suggested? GNC?

You buy the peptide(s) online and then self in/ject(subcutaneously). It's quite easy. If you're uncomfortable you can try getting a doctor to prescribe it and then maybe a nurse at a hospital/clinic/etc to administer it once a day. But it's so easy to do it yourself that there's little point unless you're afraid of needles or something. Compounding pharmacies also tend to be much more expensive (5-10x). There are also different prices among reputable supplement/peptide pharmacies. Only one that I know to make their own in Canada/US is Canadian company CanLab.

Other companies tend to source from China. I buy from the ones that source and test from China. I got a decent deal recently on BPC157 from PharmaLabGlobal(European iirc). I got 10 vials of 10mg each for about 300$ shipped to CA/USA. 100 30-31 Gauge syringes are about 20$ on Amazon/Ebay. You can also get mixing/reconstitution 18-23 gauge syringes. The rest you probably have already like alcohol, cotton balls, etc. I'd watch a YT video. At about 100kg I use 1mg per day for at least a week or two every time something flares up and it knocks it out in a few days. It took about 2-3 weeks to get a chronic case of tendinitis to get under control.

You ever looked into taking BPC orally? I know people use it for gut health but from anecdotes I've read it seems like it goes systemic like when you pin it.

It looks like she's holding a phone to me.

I took a bottle from 99 SARMS (which I think is a reputable vendor out of Canada) and I got nothing from it. I tried using a dermaroller, DMSO, and rubbing powder from last few capsules which maybe produced a tiny bit of effect on my tendinitis issue. Seems like consensus is that the oral route does very little or nothing for musculoskeletal issues. Normally BPC cannot be used transdermally because it cannot penetrate the skin, however the dermaroller helps to get around this issue. Pinning however is the most effective way to do it.

6 weeks is way too long. You should have visted a medical practitioner by now. Forget any weird remedies on here

its rotator cuff tendinitis apparently.

I got some exercises I got to do, they tried to pass me NSAIDS but I told them I got my own medicine for the pain.

Thanks to the Sherbros for the advice

This was going to be my suggestion! Be really careful re your rotator cuff. V small muscles etc, people don't work em out.
