Honestly its tough to know how punishment is going to effect people, Arlovski you could argue is somewhat similar to Overeem in that it tends to be "bam! your done" kind of loses, really only Sergei comes to mind as a somewhat protracted beat down.

It seems to be the Nogs and the Goodridges(and maybe soon the Hunts and JDSs) of this world that suffer the most due to their toughness.

The biggest issue performance wise with Arlovski is simply he's older and slower, peak Andrei built a lot of his success on having lighting fast hands(arguably the fastest hands ever for a HW) he simply doesn't anymore.
