Seriously, I'm seeing a lot of people now saying he's the GOAT Reporter.

Apparently, people are sick of people winning championships and calling them GOAT, now you can be GOAT by getting banned from attending UFC Events.

100% Agree. You forgot to add anyone who doesn't think so is paid by the UFC, or a UFC shill, or sucks Dana's dick.

I've gotten better info from Ariel than most other reporters combined. That said, he did bite the hand that gives favours. That said perma-banning is overreacting.

That said - unban the man. Make him apologize and pledge fealty or whatever. But m'lord, unban the man.

War Boar Wants Moar.

in b4 hes workin at wwe becuz we all know thats his real passion

You can't be so concerned with that can you? This is Sherdog and GOAT is used in almost every sentence here.

That aside, I have read that you don't know of him and if you are an MMA-fan that likes a little more in-depth interviews and news I would recommend him,
his show, the MMA hour have had some really memorable shows during the years.

The first time McGregor gets on the MMA hour is pretty golden and all the other specials, Rampage in Tokyo and so on, Nick Diaz "slapped" interview
is one of my favourites although not on the MMA hour.

he's got the GOAT worst hairline in the MMA reporting world....

Snowden GOAT whistleblower, but Ariel is second GOAT.

Did i mention the word GOAT?

This is Bigger than SNOWDEN!

REAL TO ME! REAL TO ME!

Seriously, now we're making threads about reporters?

I'm a casual fan really. I don't really go in depth into the nitty gritty stuff outside of the ring or the cage. I don't click on videos of stuff on principle (can't stand social media videos and video reviews and that kind of shit really) so I've never seen anything regarding MMA Hour, and probably never will. I actually tried looking up Airel Helwani stuff but they were all videos but I did end up reading whatever he wrote when he actually wrote stuff and didn't just leave a video.

I'm a reader sort of guy and not a video type of guy.

Yeah I get what you are saying as I prefer to read as well, but the MMA hour isn't a social media video sort of thing, it's a
basically a 3 hour long show with fighters, managers and everything related to MMA talking with Ariel on his show with the
longer format and his relationship with the fighters providing a better format IMO.

I also prefer that someone that has a genuine interest in the sport and have some insights asks the questions as it feels a lot more
relevant for me as a fight fan when he asks questions I want him to ask, not the usual morning show question from someone that
doesn't even really know the sport.

Maybe I haven't looked hard enough, but I haven't found anyone better than him and for me it is based on his interviews, the MMA hour
and maybe even the MMA round table (I think it's called)

All I ever see when trying to get MMA news is either the choice of the "forum experience" some really shitty, annoying and stereotypical
MMA media that provides nothing else than click bait or some general headlines from mainstream media 3 days after you could find the
news elsewhere.

I see more threads about this guy then fighters....the fck? You guys are this invested in a... Reporter, lol.

I don't mind seeing people ask the good hard questions, and actually I respect and admire that.

But at the end of the day I'm just a casual fan who's more interested in the fights than all the details surrounding them. I get pretty much all my MMA news from Sherdog and I only really learn about the out-of-the-ring stuff from what's trending on Sherdog.

Helwani is probably a good journalist. Maybe a great one. I can't really comment. But I must admit I am put off by the whiny degenerate he's become, throwing fits and burning bridges. I have learned a shit ton about him in the past 12 hours lol just because of what's happening here on Sherdog.

Being the greatest MMA reporter is kind of like being the tallest midget in the room.
