We know this now. If Ben Askren had never joined the UFC, then some fanboys would be arguing on the basis of his non-UFC record.

Oh for sure. It was one of the silliest things I've ever witnessed here and was like "do these people even pay attention to this guy when he fights?" He has some good wrestling but honestly, it wasn't anything special. I didn't see him as some amazing wrestler in comparison to many other previous WWs.

Never understood the hype. He shouldn't have a single win in the UFC as Robbie clearly knocked him out with ground and pound and woke him up with a followup shot.
