"Also worth noting: this would be the first time in Cormier's 18-fight, 7-year pro MMA career that he has been forced to pull out of a fight."

Ummm like Nate Diaz said " Where is Ariel hahahahaha"

First time in Cormier's career that he's defending a belt against better opponent who's in his head.

It's always nice to see when a credible MMA reporter posts exactly what I was thinking.

First fight DC has ever pulled out of, and whatever the injury is, hopefully he can recover quickly so the fight can be moved to UFC200.

That would make it the best card in MMA history.

And DC and Cain could train together for two of their biggest fights of their careers.

I had said for many months now that DC/Bones II was going to be on 200, but I thought that I was going to be proven wrong. However, this could very well be the case now, afterall. If so, I don't see a non-title fight between Nate and Conor headlining the show. If it does, it will be even more of a circus than it already is...

I think DC vs Jones II will be the Main Event at UFC 201 in August.

Obsession is whats causing this rash of injuries. Aldo, DC, Dos Anjos....all dudes who let the other fighter get the better of them mentally...and physically.

Just copy and paste the text or embed image. I can't see embedded Twitters.

Disappointing it has to be now, but so very true.

War DC!

What will happen with this card now, if Jones reuses all suggestions for a replacemnt to Cormier on three weeks notice? I mean the co-main is not strong to sell any PPV's.

Some of the fighters not planned to fight that they can make a fight for UFC 197. It looks pretty dark? They better try to convince Jones to accept Rumble for a fight otherwise this card is crap.
