He gets a hard break because ppl hate Conor but the guys movement is really unbelieveably good. Also, take a look at his clientele list, it's a who's who of the most innovative fighters in MMA:
  1. Conor
  2. Lando
  3. MVP
Simply because Lando lost to Teymur, Conor lost to Floyd and MVP is fighting bums does not mean the baby should be thrown out with the bath water. I, for one, will be interested to see him in MMA, tho there is no doubt that he will be fighting at a huge disadvantage and the ceiling should be set very low, as he has not been competeting for the past 20 years in martial arts. Maybe he and Mike Jackson should scrap in Bellator?

And those clowning on his heavy bag skills should look at CM Punk, who has been training for the past four years with Ido training a few months.

I don't think very much. If anything, Ido maybe paid him as he got the best promo in the world and grew his business substantially. I think most of Conor's camp costs go to feeding and housing his team. One certainly can't argue with his results tho, still being the only champ-champ in history.

I think that dude had some other "hot dog" products like lip balm, etc. Pretty fucked up what advertising does to people. Haha

people only think ido's a joke because he's associated with conor.


tons of guys are into movement/movement coaches, hell a bunch of em started after conor did it.
 
So he didn’t secure the chain well and we are supposed to be impressed?

Pretty sure I can get off the couch after not training for YEARS and move a bag more than that.
