Are you in your best shape or decent physical shape? Strong?

Are you trained in martial arts or combat situations?

Do you have experience with weapons or firearms?

Just been thinking about this lately. I’m in decent shape compare to regular people, do running and weightlifting. Slim, eat healthy relatively lean.

No firearms or martial arts training. 29 years old. Want to take up a little practice just to feel a bit safer if conflict ever happens.

No combat situation has come up yet in my life.
 
I am in terrible shape. I played hockey for first time in a few, and I only lasted two shifts. But I think I have enough power and explosive to hurt someone one time if I had to. But I will only have one shot.

I have not been in a street fight since middle school. I suck with guns. However, I am very very sneaky.
 
I'm a fat fuck but I trained for a fairly long time. Which puts me in an interesting position because I know just how useless I'd be in a fight today in my current condition. I'd be better off delusional.

Semi out of shape purple belt in BJJ, getting back into it my though, besides a stubbed big toe feeling good. Need to lose 10 to 15 lbs though.
 
purple belt in jits. a few years of kickboxing and lots of hunting and being a redneck.

I'm in my 40's and got that 'in shape" dad bod going on.

I train BJJ 2 times a week at the most. Try to hit pads or bag every now and then.

1-2 runs per week (different variations of 5k runs). Do some rowing as well, work with swiss ball for core, medicine ball exercises, Isometric exercises and a lot of body weight stuff.

Will do some Cleans and Deadlifts now and then or a dumbbell or barbell complexes.

Decent shape but really notice now that I'm in my 40s I really notice that stamina is not what it used to be.
 
Put it this way Chuck Norris is scared of me.
 
Strong for my looks but easily outclassed in that respect. Mediocre cardio but still better then alot of people. Flexibility is up there though, I can kick you in the head and grapple unorthodoxly with my stretchy legs. If 10 is complete mastery of unarmed combat and 1 is nothing. Then I'm like a 1.5.

I'm a borderline giant, I play right tackle and defensive tackle, I'm applying for the national squad next year. I pull over 550lbs and bench over 315lbs.

I've trained in judo (brown belt), kickboxing (13-0), iai jitsu (sword) and a number of other styles. I was in the territorial army as a young man and was a good shot, I've hunted and I've won a couple of archery competitions. I've spent a decade working as a doorman.

My knees are shit though so any real
running and it's pain for days.

We all know you guys are at least 6'4" tall, no more than 14% bodyfat, with the strength to bench press teh 275 and deadlift 545 with ease.
 
Yeah I'm strong and young (27 years old). I've never met someone stronger then me and I've met a lot of people in my life. When I wrestle my buddies I rag doll everyone I know. I did kickboxing with nick ring, He fucked me up like you wouldn't believe. Vs a pro fighter im fucked but for the average person ill fuck you up. Not trying to be cocky or anything but its the truth.

Ive wrestled dudes 60 pounds bigger then me and they all said the same thing. How the fuck are you so strong? My grip strength and my ability to control people on the ground is out of this world is what I'm told but I dunno. I try to humble about it all.
