In the past 2 weeks my basic day has looked like this Breakfast: Oatmeal Lunch: Whatever they serve in school (really healthy food) Snack: Mandarin oranges/Grapes Dinner: Tuna fish/Salmon/Chicken (No sauce or salad dressing) Late night snack: More mandarin oranges or leftovers from dinner or sometimes I just eat a whole tomato. I have not counted the calories but im guessing im in the range of 1200-1500. I dont eat any bread, dont drink anything else than water, no pasta, no rice, I eat redmeat occasionally, no cheese, and obviously no sweets or any fast food. I should probably eat a little bit more but I have felt fine these last 2 weeks. Thoughts about my diet? Thanks!
