Cejudo vs Max Holloway who's with me?
Cejudo is American because he was born in Los Angeles. He also represented the United States in the Olympics.Yes cejudo is American since he won right lol. Last time I checked Americans don’t look like Mexicans. I believe there white!
Aren't Ruiz and Cejudo both American?Canelo beat GGG, Cejudo champ-champ and Andy Ruiz Jr unified HW Boxing champ.
All have exceptional chins, is this the start of a new trend?
Having that Mexican chin is an unfair and overpowered advantage it seems.
I know you're talking about the first fight. To which I agree.GGG was robbed
mexican fighters have always been good nothing new
"Canelo beat GGG"

Also as much as I wanted him too Canelo never beat GGG and Ruiz has to beat Wilder and Fury to be the unified/ lineal HW champion.
For these reasons I think I'm going to have to say the answer here is no.
I disagree.lol
he won the rematch don't kid yourself.
I'm Scottish Canadian, that doesn't make me Scottish though, it makes me Canadian with Scottish heritage. They're Mexican American, like Cain, Ferguson, and the Diaz bros. And Canelo definitely beat GGG in the rematch.
He has Mexican blood not American sorry. So he in a country where they don’t want him because he’s Mexican but he can use the country for a better life. Just part of the gameCejudo is American because he was born in Los Angeles. He also represented the United States in the Olympics.
"Mexican" is being used more ethnically than nationality wise in this context. No they weren't born in Mexico, but they have Mexican heritage and the same attributes between them.I'm Scottish Canadian, that doesn't make me Scottish though, it makes me Canadian with Scottish heritage.
No, no he didn't as much as I wanted him too.
Why do Mexicans think they're a different breed? Every race has their talent, heart and work ethic. It just happens that a lot of Mexicans born in America get the proper training in the U.S., give up their education after high school and pursue combat sports as a career. At the same time, they do not give the credit to America when training was taught to them here. Instead, they give all credit to Mexico as if that country taught them all the skills.
Canelo is an exception. If you're talking physically, obviously he does not look like the majority brown skin native. He looks like his ancestry came from Europe two or three generations ago and most people from Guadalajara are mixed with European ancestry.
The world is so big out there and people from all over the country have the same talent if they choose combat sports as a career. To choose combat sports as a way to pay bills means that most likely you have to give up your education. Its a decision to make with lots of guts, I admit.

Dont forget cain velasquez
Fair enough I suppose but generally if you refer to someone as "Mexican" the common implication would be that they are from Mexico."Mexican" is being used more ethnically than nationality wise in this context. No they weren't born in Mexico, but they have Mexican heritage and the same attributes between them.
Ruiz didn’t unify at HW first off.Canelo beat GGG, Cejudo champ-champ and Andy Ruiz Jr unified HW Boxing champ.
