Brock has been interviewed a bunch of times over the past 4 or 5 years and I don't think even one interviewer has asked him why he turned and ran from Velasquez after Velasquez punched him. That's something that is just not gone at the championship level. Has even one interviewer asked Brock if he has worked on his reaction to being punched in the face while preparing for UFC 200? I don't think so. I think they're all scared of Brock.

You go face to face with the beast incarnate and tell me if you aren't scared.

because those are stupid quesions why not ask overeem how he feels about getting put to sleep 9 times

Go to a fan expo and ask yourself. Short answer it hurts and his face is his money maker as well.

Well most interviewers arent out there trying to insult fighters

It doesn't have to be asked in an insulting way. An interviewer could ask, in training for UFC 200 have you worked speficially on your boxing and your reaction to being hit? Do you feel that the way you react to being hit is something that you need to work on?

If interviewers just ask softball questions and don't ask the difficult questions that people really want to hear answered then they're not very good interviewers are they?

Scared of what? Are you drunk? Why would journalists want to piss him off? What kind of question is that anyway? "Why did you turn and run away?". You could ask him that question, he'd probably tell you because he got hit pretty hard in the face and he's not used to it, and that would be the last time you'll ever get to interview him...or any other draws. Because you'd come off like an asshole.

Reporters don't want to get F5'd.
Brock doesn't want to make himself liable for a million dollar civil lawsuit. It's also a crime called assault and battery which also carries a potential prison term if convicted.

Why do you think he ran and fell all over himself? He was rocked

Because he lost his balance and didn't run?

A champion has to be used to it! he trained for 2 years before his first fight; what was he working on for those 2 years?

He walked out on some ESPN interview before the Carwin or 2nd Mir fight when the interviewer started talking about how big he was - so he's probably more liable to take a hike if someone gets under his tits.

Any fighter that hits an interviewer no matter how big a twonk they are is an even bigger twonk.

You don't learn that shit in your 30s when you go your entire life without getting punched in the head. Do you box at all? He'll never learn it. Not at this level, it's too late. Whenever a Cain, Mark Hunt, JDS lands a punch he is going to turtle, nothing will change that. His face, the bones in his face, the skin isn't used to that type of punishment. He's gonna get cut really fast, his nose is going to explode the first time you land a good punch, and all that is going to make him panic again and cover up. You can't fix that shit. You can't punch him in the face in training for hours to help him get used to it. You'll risk injuries that throw him back again, take him out, so it has the exact opposite effect. And this isn't boxing so of course he can still be a champ. Let's not act like Royce was great at eating punches. This is MMA, you don't have to be a good striker to hold a belt. You don't have to do any striking.

..So in other words TS wants Brock to be interviewed by Michael Landsberg.
