A man should be able to run in any situation, whether away from danger or towards it, and you can't do that in flip flops.
Flip flops are for women and children.

I don't make it a habit of staring at people's feet anyway.. man or woman.

But, I do agree that if you are going to wear them, man or woman, at least take care of your feet. Clip your nails and wash your feet at a minimum.

I guess if you're in a hot humid area like Hawaii. I live in CA and I'm seeing more and more people rock flip flops as everyday wear, especially the millennials.

I also like to say my friend used to rock them before they were cool. I always thought he looked like a hobo and still does.

I wear them in summer all the time. I even buy the expensive ones with memory foam soles and leather uppers.

In SoCal, everyone is practically born with them on their feet
