I remember an old thread talking about the benefits of apple cider vinegar and getting some of the same benefits in terms of carb digestion from lemon juice.

I can't find that now. Guessing it was archived due to age. Does red wine vinegar carry any of the same benefits? Is the best to mix all three plus lime juice? I haven't been using RWV, but I've been using ACV plus lemon and lime juice in my water (a shot's worth of each; can't hardly shoot the ACV anymore straight) with some other flavor and antioxidant packs. I need to get back to doing so regularly.

Thoughts, comments, snide remarks?

Thanks for that, but that looks more like nutritional info. I was thinking more like anecdotal results or perhaps a study comparing the effects of each on digestion, recovery, etc. I think Mike Martial or somebody posted a study in the thread that I referenced but now can't find. I'd forgotten the name of PubMed when I first posted this, but it doesn't seem to have anything like that anyway.

Since I have it, I added the RWV into my water with ACV, lemon, and lime juice pretty regularly, along with greens mix and other stuff. I usually can't taste the vinegar.
