apparently alistair overeem injured jones in training

It does seem like it doesn't it? Will Dana ever like him again? :icon_lol: First he retires their biggest asset (Brock), then fails a drug test to cancel the JDS fight with, then loses to BF when he was supposed to annihilate him, repeats that trick with Browne and then safely decisions the sentimental favourite (Mir) when everyone expected a crushing finish... This one may take the cake though: preventing one of the biggest and certainly most anticipated fights ever to take place.

Rofl, malicious reem ftw. No wonder every camp he leaves, they all talk shit and wanna fight him.

Whatever, does not change the main point of hat I said now, does it? The UFC has been on a decline before this rate of injuries. This is is gonna kill the UFC's chances at being a long term profitable company. Fans will eventually lose faith and interest in EVERY UFC fighter; after all, how do they know that the guys they root for now will only be fighting once a year, if that, the minute they get the belt?

well, its a high profile incident that just happened and it was the grappler (Jones) that got hurt. shit...Rashad got hurt in the same camp and he was a grappling based guy as well. maybe grapplers arent tough enough for MMA?

Hahaha yeah right, just like that time nobody Guto Inocente supposedly was beating Overeem in sparring with 1 leg and a broken hand? Keep dreaming

whoa...thats weird you brought that name up. was just reading an injury list from 2013 and both him and Shane del Rosario got injured in training for their fight at UFC 168.

If Overeem is still fine after a 127 knockout losses I'm sure Junior will be alright.

Not necessarily.
Overeem was a kickboxer. They get beat up, lose and get knocked out all the time.
They're used to the downside, and records aren't that important.

JDS was a destructive force, and beat and knocked out top names, and eventually became champ.

Then he got beat up so bad, he changed camps. It COULD change him.
Maybe, maybe not.

Just to clear things up for ignorent sherdoggers..
