Apparently a win over Shamrock doesn't mean much

So I went to fight matrix excited to see Royce ranked for the first time in years and he wasn't. Even though he was #1 at one time and so was Shamrock that didn't get him ranked. The funny part is Kimbo just got ranked at #202, apparently the DD5K win did more for Kimbo than the Shamrock win did for Royce!
