Anyway my ALT could be unbanned eventually?

Well my alt, BadIntentions was banned for posting a comedic porn clip. I failed to read the faq and feel I needed to be punished, how stupid of me. But do i have to banned forever? That would really suck, I mean i've worked hard on him, hes a blue belt and I would hate to have to have the name banished from sherdog. In the future(months or so) is there anyway I can be unbanned? What I did was truly stupid and won't happen again for I have already read the faq now. PLZ consider this. I really like Sherdog alot and miss my name! Thanks.
