So most of us are already convinced about how much it can help to join one of those bjj sites like mginaction or the mendes bros site, gracie university, etc... But I never heard of anybodies experience with the few online mma training sites that are out there, like Damagecontrol mma , MMA draft university or MMA 121 (this one is free I think...)
Anyway, just wanted to hear what people think about those sites. Do they get the same recognition as the BJJ ones? I've tried the free videos of damage control and they seemed pretty solid... Sometimes I miss quality instructionals that are MMA specific...
The best ones are those in the tristar gym youtube chanel.... but Firas Zahabi is just starting to release those ( I wish he'd make an online site... I'll give him my money right away )
