Damn... It's actually really fucking good.
 
Is the story line good? Southpaw/The Fighter/ and Warrior are the only good fight movies in the past few years. So if the story is good i'll give it a go. Plus Game of Thrones is done now i need a new tv show.
 
I really like it, I've seen every episode so far. Great show.

More drama. It revolves around MMA, but its mostly about white trash protagonists that make shitty decisions

Absolutely. The writing is very good. Nick Jonas stars in it. Don't let that bug you. He's pretty dope in it. Definitely give it a go.
 
Joe Daddy Stevenson is a huge part of the show.
I think they benefit from having a real fighter involved.

And yes its a great show. you dont have to like MMA to enjoy it

Currently on its 3rd. I just started it. I'm hooked.

I like it too. It's better than any other mma movie or show that's been done. I just hate the gay storyline. wtf is that? Get that shit outta there and this show would be dope. And pretty much every girl on the show is hot as fuck. That new girl that crazy-haired homeboy is dating now...she's great. And I always thought Kylie Sanchez was hot.

I feel like every new TV now feels they need the 1 token gay guy. This used to be the 1 token black guy they'd throw into the mix just because.

Yes, it's two different shows. But my observation is based on the first season of Homeland.
