Anyone try the McDonalds fish and chips? Looking for reviews

I never tried it but have serious concerns. This is MCDonalds how can I trust them with fish :eek: ... should I have poison control on stand by? McDonalds is the lowest of the low in terms of it barely qualifies as food. Anyone try it and not get sick?

That's only a slight grade above eating fish out of a truck, which I did and I almost died. Food trucks came by and they had fish and chips and I ordered it on a hot summer day because I seem to have no instinct for self preservation ...

If I'm gonna risk my life for greasy, fried fish it's gonna be at Burger King on a brioche bun...x2 because they're small.
 
Seems pointless in the UK, just go to a proper chippy instead.

i dont eat fish, but if i did, i would absolutely not eat fish from a fast food place
 
I find it hard to believe that not one unfortunate soul on Sherdog found themselves at McDonalds and tried the fish. Fess up!!!

The filet o' fish was made to appeal to Catholics who couldn't eat meat on Fridays. But it wasn't the only item under consideration.
