It is supposed to be an ancient Egyptian martial arts for self defense. Hikuta is a marketing name for Dok Lees book.

The actual name is supposed to be Kuta. This guy explains it:

Just because someone is overweight it doesn't mean they suck at martial arts or don't know shit. You are trying to say that a fat white guy in martial arts is a fraud. As far as I am concerned, boxing is a martial arts and there are plenty of fat white guys giving guidance in terms of boxing mastery.
