fight with dc would be in the paper more competitive...but these was a fight i didn't like so much...These was jones' last fight and i prefer a new rival
i would prefer jj vs rumble or jj in the hw (even i know never will happen) than cormier again..so i am happy with jj vs ovince...thoughts?

No, but will watch...

No, but it is good as far as replacements go.

I was looking forward to seeing DC cry again.

I can't see why anyone would want to see this fight over it.

i been saying since i seen OSP was his new opponent... im more excited for this fight than cormier because we will see a more entertaining fight someone is getting finished i really think OSP will take advantage of this once in a lifetime opportunity and pull off the upset... everyone thinks bones will easily beat him but i think bones is going to underestimate OSP

would have preferred to see jones get his actual belt back and not an interim, but i'm fine with osp as a replacement.

Only exciting thing is we could see OSP use his speed and reach in round 1. We would not have that same potential excitement with DC. So here's hoping for a good fight that goes longer than one round (not too hopeful)

Yes only because I want to see fresh new matches. I expected the DC rematch to go somewhat like the first fight, with only JJ being slightly more dominate. I have no idea how this fight will play out as OSP is unorthodox as fuck. JJ will still win handily though.

I'm just happy I get to see Jones fight still. Plus, he's likely to finish OSP by TKO or SUB.

OSP has shown vulnerability against most of the wrestlers he's faced.

He's going up against probably the best MMA wrestler currently in the game.

Outside of him clipping Bones with a bomb early, this fight does not look to be even remotely competitive to me.

No, but its a watch worthy fight imo. And there is a chance of upset always so crazy moments are always nice. But im hoping Jones wins so we can see the Jones-DC 2.

I guess it's interesting because they are similar in size which seems to be Jones only kryptonite. That being said if need be OSP won't be able to handle Jones' wrestling.

I thought Gus would have nothing for Jones at the time. OSP is a tall, athletic and explosive fighter who might surprise us too. But his ground game is really questionable.

I will say after thinking about it for a day, I'm pretty intrigued now. That's not to say that I wouldn't have preferred DC to stay healthy though. But yeah, it's not all bad. I'll still be ordering the PPV.

This. At the very least we are going to be looking at a total destruction from a pent up, hungry, stronger-than-ever Jones or the biggest upset in MMA history. Color me interested.

Yes actually, I don't think Gus is ready and at least OSP is a Jones sized human being and not a manlet like DC. Would prefer AJ but he is really a manlet also compared to Jones. I think it will be much more interesting then we give it credit for.

Would have prefered to see DC, but I'm happy that Jones remains on the card. Still excited for that the Jones/OSP and Pettis/Barboza fights. The rest of the card is of little interest to me. It would have felt like a medicore Fight Night card if Might Mouse headlined.

I feel like when guys are closer in terms of height to Jones, we see closer fights. For that reason alone, though, as the fight with DC is much more important. Unless OSP pulls off a Matt Serra.. Which he won't. Unless he does, and he might.

Me, its a different fight and its not like OSP is a can.
