The normal game is answer 12 questions, each in 10 seconds, and the lowest prize is $2500. Plus the first three questions are pretty much no brainers, and you can have one spare life. Normally, you split the prize money with all that make it to the end. So there have been prizes worth like 12 cents, but they can be in the $1000's. Last Sunday, they went until one person was left and they won 25k.
