i definitely wouldn't mind getting moar sauerkraut in my diet. i've been looking at methods of production, and the best looks like the crocks you can buy from a german company called harsch, but they're someowhat expensive, and i'd rather not spend more than i have to.
does anyone here make it, and if so please list your recipes and how you make it.
