No, that's what you're missing. Saying someone's a piece of shit and they should be drug behind a vehicle isn't a threat. Saying that you're actually going to, or more specifically directly threatening that you're going to drag someone behind a vehicle is. There's a fundamental difference if you're going to say the guy is doing something against the law.
