I'm about to make an order tonight for a big list of different supplements. The goal is to just be healthier, crave nictoine+caffeine less, have more energy, and hopefully reduce stress.

So far, I'm thinking something like this

Tieneptine: twice daily for anti-depression
CBD: twice daily for multipurpose. Hopefully reduction in anxiety and reduced inflammation
KavaKava: as needed for slight anxiety reduction
Adrafinil: at morning for energy to use less caffeine
KSM-66: Mental health and energy

People just attach the word hacking to anything today dont they

Coffee unfairly gets a bad rap. It's rich in antioxidants and good in moderation.

I am looking to get CDB Oil when I get older as I am aware of its benefits.

Parkinson's disease runs in the family, and CBD Oil has merit in treating neuro-related diseases as well as cancer. I would to take it regularly in a preventive fashion.

if CBD oil does even 1/5th what people claim it does, its a must-have supplement. looking forward to finding out

Problem is, I don't know where to get it as it is not quite legal in my area.

I have the same stance on TRT, but for its anti-aging qualities. Don't tell USADA.

I drink over 2 pots full per day

Screw that. You're asking for trouble.

Youre telling me man. My tolerance to caffeine is unreal. I can drink 8+ energy drinks throughout the day and barely feel awake. I drink coffee 30 minutes before going to bed...my endocrine system and adrenal system is absolutely shot. Its one of the primary things I'm hoping to improve. At this rate of caffeine and nicotine consumption I will surely die within the next 10 years.

As black as I can get it. I dont drink my coffee womanly.

I went down the nootropics rabbit hole a few years back.
They didn't do shit.
Nothing works better than eating well and getting sleep.

And coffee. Coffee is dope.

Having said that, the list in the OP doesn't look like nootropics.

That looks like a list of drugs.
Drugs work, but there's no free lunch when it comes to stimulants.

If you're suffering from depression/anxiety, is that related to your 2 pots of coffee per day? Maybe you're becoming bipolar from all that coffee you're consuming. Taper off jagoff.

Big Black Coffee

Did you research what that shit was before dumping it into your body? Must of that stuff is not FDA approved for a reason.

Yes I research extensively. I'm in love with all thing substances. Just curious what if anything the sherbros are taking.

I dont give a shit about the FDA. Just because something is not approved doesn't mean its bad for you.

Too much coffee will deplete you of electrolytes. You're probably just low on magnesium. Depression is a symptom.

I fucking HATE this trend of calling things hacking.

recipe = foodhacks
custom bookcase = ikeahacks
taking vitamins = biohacking
