It's called everywhere. Work for a company that values your ideas. Work as a consultant for a company that does. Patent your ideas and then sell or license them. Etc etc etc.

If you're asking if there's an iOS app where you can type in any thought that comes into your head after a bong rip and they direct deposit your account, then I doubt it exists.
