???Nate Diaz has to be up there. Inexplicably became one of the biggest stars in the sport in his early 30s after twenty-something fights in the UFC, and used his newfound leverage and bargaining power to fight five times in the next six years. Really striking while the iron was hot, so to speak
He has a slew of performance bonuses from his years in the UFC...and then turned the initial opportunity against Conor into multiple big fights and ultimately has earned more than 99% of UFC fighters. How many guys do you know who have been part of multiple non-title fights that were PPV headliners?
I'd say he has overachieved in his career, all things considered.
