The video you posted essentially says the same thing as the one I linked. You can toss guys on their head all day long as long as their is an arc.

Not that I can recall. Bob Sapp spiked Nog on his head, Marquardt as pictured above, the Lawler/Askren one, Fedor/Randleman. All spikes, no action taken against any of them. Seems to be a rule that's not really enforced.

I thought Nate lost a point for that spike. If I remember he lost 2 points in that fight.

He got away with the piledriver but lost a point for a knee to a grounded opponent and another for an elbow.

well, its not considered an illegal pile driver. belcher (right?) was holding onto him. thats not marquartd trying to piledrive, it was forced onto him.
