It really dosen't matter the opponent just a tune up fight to test the waters

If you want people to fall asleep before the main event, then go ahead.

any interesting opponents? at welterweight

GSP vs Nate at LW. Let's get it!! GSP isn't impressed, Nates not surprised, Conor's not invited. I'll buy it!

Yup I would love to see it, that would certainly boost the 200 card. GSP vs a solid WW like Magny would be great.

Funny how he's probably sold the most total ppv's of all fighters ...
Maybe there's one or 2 people out there that like him

If GSP returns I'm really only interested in Hendricks or Lawler. If he has a "tune up" fight it should be a top ten or fringe top ten guy.

EDIT** But doesn't GSP need to wait a 6 month probation for USADA if he announces return from retirement?

Honestly I don't. I really want the guy to stay retired. He has done enough......plus I loved him as a person but his fighting style in the later part of his career was kind of a bore.

I think the correct term for those people are called "canadians".

To be completely honest, I don't want him at all.

I just can't get excited for him. I can understand and see why he'd be big for the card though, I'm no fool. I'm not sure how he puts so many butts in seats (or actually gets PPV pays) since he's ruined many a friends casual MMA experience for me lol, but whatever...people want to see him still apparently.

You do know the Canadian market is huge for the UFC right.
We don't just live in igloos and play hockey..
The return of the king will sell more ppv's than any American that's for sure
