Anyone else think Brock's just going to come in and pull a Bob Sapp?

Especially if this is really just a one-off like WWE is saying. If he's not legitimately trying to get back in the mix, why would he be super motivated for this? I thought it was pretty obvious his heart wasn't in it against Overeem, I can't see why that would suddenly change. Plus, I imagine guaranteed pay for this is astronomical.

I think the motivation for trying your hardest against Mark Hunt is that you might die if you don't

No. Lesnar has too much pride to pull a Sapp. Will be rooting for Hunt. Brock's resulting concussion will prevent him from participating in Summerslam. Vince will then challenge Dana for the Corporate HW title at UFC 203.

Everyone is supposed to know what "pulling a Bob Sapp" meanz?

I'm no slouch in MMA knowledge but I don't know what you're talking about. Is Bob Sapp so famous that I should?

Would damage his brand and discredit the WWE (as far as it has any). Would be worst case for him

He is going to go balls to the wall in this fight. It's just a one fight contract so expect Brock to bullrush Hunt.

He Bob Sapped against Overeem I suppose.

No. Plain and simple. He might crumble from Hunt's shots but he isn't gonna just lay there and take it without trying.

I think he's pissed off that he left on consecutive embarrassing losses and wants to prove a point.

Feels no pain, huh?

Whatever he is going to do I applaud him for taking a fight with Hunt after 4 years. It's a scary fight to come back to.

Meanwhile Fedor fights Barney the dinosaur.

Brock is a unique guy. He's a super athlete with a lot of confidence but in over his head. He almost made the NFL despite not having college experience and won the UFC title despite only having a wrestling background.

I think in his mind he can train for a couple of months, go in and beat one of the best strikers in MMA history.

The moment Hunt lands it's over but Lesnar will at least try and have full intentions to win.

Brock is not that type of guy. And btw i see Brock winning this.

Mark Hunt is scary against anyone in the division. A guy that's been on a 4.5 year layoff has no business getting in the cage with him, imo.

Maybe "pulling a Lesnar" is a bit extreme, but I won't be shocked to see him looking for a way out if Hunt stuffs his first shot.
