Or any other VR unit? I just picked one up and it has literally changed the way I look at gaming now. As I type this my adrenaline is still pumping from the game InCell its absolutely exhilirating. While most of the stuff is just fodder on the devisice for now its basically just a small showcase of what VR can do, but the possibilities are endless and mind blowing after you dive into the vr world and get immersed.
I downloaded Quake for VR and its insane. The same guy also made the original Doom for Vr as well. I have to try that next. The future of FPS is off the chain. Its amazing how this technology has been around forever but it seems that only now is it really being realized into gaming and personal media experiences.
I would say this, if you have a samsung phone you might want to take a chance on the gearvr, your phone fits right into the goggles and you play the apps from your phone thru the device. Its definitely worth the $98 I spent on it and an additional $9 on a gamepad from Amazon.
