Anyone else impressed with Dan Hardy as commentator?

I was really impressed with him during bisping vs Silva event, his enthusiasm and knowledge and breakdowns were as good as I've heard in a while. Hopefully he gets a Crack at ppvs too.

Hardy is really top notch though.

Hardy is better in the ring doing interviews. I like the play-by-play announcer better that does the UK cards.

I've always liked the Outlaw. I'd like to see him on something other than a European card. But, I can't see that happening as long as Rogan is around.

Yeah he is good commentator. I remember when he was doing fight breakdown before Condit vs Lawler and during
description he had to talk about his own defeat to Condit and he acted very profesional.

Haven't seen a card with him as commentator (no fightpass) so I don't have much of an opinion. From the consensus around here, he at least sounds like he does a better job than Anik/Florian combo. I swear Anik must have something over on Dana. The guys a robot, yet still has a job.

Glad Hardy still has a job with the UFC since (to my knowledge) he's not medically cleared to fight.

He's a great commentator and probably one of the BEST fight analysts in the game along with Cruz.


Definitely hope they start integrating Hardy more into the US broadcasts. Ken-Flo, Anik, and Stann are weak commentators IMO.

Same here, just like how they charge extra for HD quality, they should have DH quality. Except, I guess I still want to keep Joe as well, even though they have the same role, so Goldberg can fuck off.

I like Hardy, seems like a genuinely good dude, he's a good commentator as well my only minor complaint is that he talks a bit too much sometimes, like he doesn't have to say every single thing that's happening in the fight
