anyone else have problems ordering with their provider for ufc 196?

i have optinium i havent ordered ufc in a while and usually it starts at 9 30 it said on my order -screen at 12 pm it didnt say until 12 didnt say starts at 12 either didnt say from 9 30 to 12 just said at 12 pm so before you guys start flaming me i figured it being that its eastern time it actually starts at 12 and also know this

- i pressed order button a couple of times and nothing happened until 12 that it finally responded and i got to see the miesha tate and connor vs diaz fights
-i called up optinium asked how much is it the guy said i dont know i can look it up for you he put me on hold for 3 minutes he couldnt find the price for me and said the fight starts at 8 am in the morning uggh i hung up
-i took a picture of the screen to prove my case the first guy said no guantee we will give you your money back so i told him there's no guanteee ill pay my next bill and the phone got disconnected
- second time i called i got someone else and told them the story and they connected me to someone else and i got my money back
i did search function and i didnt see any threads like this
i was wondering if anyone expierenced this kind of problem

Maybe you should drop Optinium and switch to Optimum.

No but in all seriousness, has to be Optimum related. I had no problem (or ever have) ordering fights on DirecTV.
