Anyone else frustrated about Bisping vs Belfort 2?

Honestly this fight has such a giant storyline with vitor juicing and disfiguring Mike the first time around. Both fighters swan song with bisping given the opportunity to avenge the man who took his eye. Might be the greatest revenge storyline ever. Yet Mike is refusing.

Big time. Aside from being a competitive fight that delivers in excitement and build-up, it's the perfect fight for both guys to head out on.

But above all I'm gonna be on vacation in England, and earlier in the day my English buddy is taking me to my 1st football game in Wembley, and I'm taking him to his first UFC fight at the 02 in the evening. Was really hoping for something marquee to be able to show him. Guess we'll see what they come up with.

I don't blame Bisping at all, why even deal with that POS Vitor from Mike's perspective? Michael Bisping literally has a life changing injury due to Vitor Cheating.. we all know Vitor without TRT is garbage and Mike would have shat on him. Let Bisping go out on a positive note

I think it is a positive note if Count gets his revenge and whoops that ass.

Good storyline for pro-wrestling or a Hollywood movie but concerning real people, it's not hard to understand why Bisping wants nothing to do with the likes of Belfort.

Bisping doesn't see it as a revenge thing. He thinks Vitor's a bloody cheat and wants nothing to do with him. He said he doesn't want his farewell to be against someone he hates because he always makes an arse of himself in those situations and he's rather go out on a high note. He also brought up the possibility of Vitor roiding up for his last. Would be great to see him have his farewell on the UK card though.

I'm glad he refused. It shows young clean fighters they don't need to just bow down to the ufc and get in the cage with notorious steroid cheaters.

Vitor should fight Anderson in a no roids barred match. Let those two frauds give each other brain damage.

I don’t blame Bisping. He has a cpl reasons that are completely valid.

There are ZERO guarantees Vitor will be clean. What clean fighter wants to go into their last fight against a known juicer hoping he’s clean ?

Another concern there would be losing his last fight to said juicer. Bisping lost sole possession of the UFC record for the most wins. GSP tied him when he beat him.

Bisping probably would like to get that back. And props to Bisping for not asking for an easy opponent just to get that record back.

Bisping also said he wants to fight someone he respects, so he can leave the trash talk out of it.

It’s all valid, imo.
