Anyone else feel JDS and Jacare...

Man jds is just done. He’s in sparring mode. And folded from a jab. And thinks it’s a little behind the head. Ala Ken shamrock. Just ridiculous.

Lol. I saw it coming. Cigano didn't like them body shots and hasn't been the same in a while. Still, though, I'm not too sure that was a legal shot. Looks like back of the neck/head with a little ear thrown in.
 
JDS is a retired fighter still fighting.
Jacare is almost the same.

JDS was the #7 HW in the world until just a few minutes ago.

Depends on rankings and how far away from said title reign we're talking and how close is Dern to a title shot of her own.
Ignoring the results of said fights JDS was ranked higher than any of the other 4 involved and Gane was higher than Virna, so yeah imo JDS should have been on the main card.
 
I think JDS will be one of those 60 guys that are cut. 4 straight losses, and is a shell of himself. He will be a good pickup for Bellator when he is released.
 
Dern is on there because they are banking on her future. JDS is one foot out the door.

The UFC is trying to sell a card here. I would imagine if JDS was still competitive he would've been on it.

He was the first fight on the main card. If he was on the prelims it would've been insulting as fuck. Still, though, taking a back seat to Dern is still a bit of a fuck you in my opinion.

Though, he may be cut after this loss.

Sorry, not watching the card. But first fight on a main card is usually viewed as a big spot, gets people amped for the show as a whole. This is especially true for live events when a crowd can impact tv presentation

I understand this, just found it surprising that JDS and Jacare both took a backseat to Dern. In retrospect....both got smoked, so there's that.
