It’s like he’s toned it down with the ‘cringe’ somewhat, and has started to speak with more sincerity and aggressive posturing. He’s certainly made me more excited to watch him compete again.

This morning I woke up to the front page of ESPN calling him "The King of Cringe".

He has done the same routine before, making this recent performance stale imo. If you are going to do something like that, be creative and put a little thought into it. Maybe make an Aljo BACKPACK or something that is related to Aljo, like an academy award.

I have been busy this week so not able to watch much media about the fight, still i like his schtick, there are annoying fighters that play a character and you know it, and then there are annoying fighters that are supposedly to be like that, im cool with the first, Cejudo is that type.

I can see past his gimmick, and he looks like a great guy. Great martial artist, sick resume so far, respected by his peers and he's a student of the game who gives interesting analysis

Now Aljo, I can't stand him. I don't know if his annoying post Knee antics were a gimmick. Maybe they were and I should see through them like I do with Cejudo, but I just find him annoying
