The quarantine films were too boring without chips. And you'll do anything to kill the boredom. Oh well, a lot of stupidity makes some sense.

Potatoes are actually good for you. Eat the skins, because that's where most of the nutrients are. They are high in fiber and highly satiating. The best ways to serve them are boiled, steamed or baked (in that order to lower the glycemic index). Put some organic grass-fed butter, like Irish Kerrigold, or full-fat sour cream and green onions on them and you have a healthy meal. Frying them in vegetable oil is the worst way of eating them.
