Yeah i am but i have not enough expert just have idea someothign about to operate the Windows Media Player becaue if the any problem accorued then you may reinstall to your windows because this is internal software of your windows and cannot handeled without operating the new windows...

After some research i've found that I have to completely flash my WMP to get rid of the unknown album as it seems to be some sort of glitch.
Might just leave it as it's just annoying but doesn't actually affect anything.
As for the album images i'm gonna try what snake said and delete them and re upload them.
On another note does anyone know much about mp3 tag?
