No but I install a lot of cameras. Its mostly done via camera nowadays. They've cut back on a lot of pit boss type jobs as they've added automatic shufflers and stuff like that. Most of the "undercovers" nowadays (post 10/1) are looking for bombs or guns.
In Asia, Pit boss job is mostly to assign dealers to their scheduled table for the day or make appropriate changes for any sudden changes.
Surveillance is a whole other job, they basically sit in front monitors watching the 2000+ cameras installed. They look out for dealers error in payments, suspicious players and so on.
